| 6/23/99 | Most shop walls up. Roof is up and
skylights are being cut in. Fire sprinklers finished in office and going up in the shop. |

| 6/28/99 | Inside walls of parapet up and
first show of color is up. Fire sprinklers in shop almost completed and electrical subpanels are mounted on inside plywood sheathing. |

| 7/06/99 | Metal roof for office is going up.
Fire sprinklers passed inspection and insulation is being installed before the sheet rock goes up. |

| 7/06/99 | Electrical transformers, boxes and
panels are mounted and waiting for the wire to be pulled. |

| 7/19/99 | Office sheetrock is up and being
taped. Parapet almost completed. Roll doors and passage doors are up. Lights are up and we have power! |

| 8/04/99 | Trees, shrubs & plants are
being planted. Final grade in process. Office doors are up and walls are textured. Final color-coat of stucco has been applied. |
