Allen Tabs are used on the stringer sides of bins to hold the side board and deck board to the outside stringers.

Made from 16 Gauge galvanized steel. Carriage bolt hole on bottom flange and 3/16" rivet holes or 1/4" bolt holes on vertical flange.

Top Caps hold corner posts and sides together at the top of bins. Made from 20 Gauge galvanized steel.

Flanges and holes accomodate one fruit bin U-bolt and two 1/4" Pallet Nuts.

Bin & Pallet Nuts are used for applications where a flush fit is required and have an under-head serration feature to resist loosening.

Used with carriage bolts, available sizes are 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8" and Heavy Duty for 1/4" and 3/8"

Torque Washers allow carriage bolts to be tightened more firmly and are especially useful for plywood and softwood applications.

Available in 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8" and in an oversized diameter for 3/8" and 1/2"

Apple Bin Corner Iron

Apple Bin Corner Irons are used in typical apple bin applications and come in 4-1/2" or 7" lengths.

Made from 18 Gauge galvanized Steel.

We also manufacture custom non-headed bolts made from 18/8 stainless steel.

From 1/4" to 3/4" diameter material.
